I think he must have figured out or remembered how to do it. :-)
I'm confused by this question, but I'm even more confused at the Realtors that have answered this question as if he's a buyer.
Hi Ted:
It is a confusing question. Since you are a Realtor, I assume this is to generate a conversation among the Trulia users?
To answer the first question, this may or may not be MLS listed listings, but I would presume most are because they can only be submitted by Realtors. However, that's with the exception of the ones fed in by Realty Trac - those are questionable preforeclosure, NOD, REO , etc. properties.
To answer another not mentioned question - Trulia Voice Board is for Home Buyers and Sellers to ask questions and for others (mostly Realtors, mortgage brokers, and other home buyers sellers, etc) to answer those questions.
I think your question is confusing because it does not fit into Trulia Voice pattern and the spirit of Trulia..

Yes, these are MLS properties. You can call your Realtor to have them show you the house. If you like it, they can fill in the blanks on a Real Estate contract and negotiate to get you the house before someone else gets it.
Hi Ted, Your agent should be able to answer these questions. You can call us if there is a need to.
Ted----I feel I am missing something---whats the question---what properties??
