Hi Dennis,

In additiona to the many resales available at Trilogy, I just wanted to add that I took a client out there yesterday and we were able to negotiate a much lower price on one of the last couple of hew homes still unsold. They also have some financing buydown options that are available but not talked about unless asked about. Plus a number of other buyer incentives. In addition to the 71 resale homes, there are some new homes for sale through the resale office and based on what incentives they are offering, you can sometimes purchase a new home with more amenities of your choice at prices equal to or lower than the same model on the resale market. I represent buyers in the resale market as well new home sales should you have any interest.
