I would check the online edition of the Southern Pines newspaper, first. Second, I would call each real estate office or email them. Talk to the broker in charge. They can ask the agents if they have any listings who would be willing to do one. I found a young relative one last week by just calling fellow agents and asking. It will be hard to find one if you are credit challenged because few owners are willing to risk their property with anyone with bad credit.
