Are there problems in Village Green area?
While searching for a 2br/2ba villa with a garage,I noticed that there are 4 units listed for sale on Woodcreek Dr which is a small neighborhood.Are there any roof/infrastructure/flooding problems on this street and why are the HOA fees($377) so high?
