There are several homes available in Central Davis, some in better condition than others. A few streets, it seems have experienced a remodeling Renaissance of sorts, Eureka and Douglas Avenue come to mind... Central Davis is highly desirable due to its proximity to the University and the downtown, so good properties move fast. That being said, there are still great properties out there, available for the taking.

The area referred to as Central Davis in fairly large but Yes there are some brand new infill homes for sale built by Mike Corbett (builder of Village Homes) at 734 B Street for $664,000. They are brand new and are a five minute walk to downtown. See it here.
