Hi again Brendan! Since you are internet savvy you can go to statecollegehomes4sale.com and search / refine your search according to your criteria. Just checking that site brought 78 condo/townhouses up on my search. You can also save your searches with my "SearchSaver" option which will automatically send you the new listings as they come on the market. Next stop is pick your agent to be your fiduciary and helper and see your lender for a preapproval. I hope that gets you started and I would enjoy helping you on your journey to State College!

Hello Brendan,

Because State College is the home to PSU there are many townhomes and condos available. They range from 100K to 300K. If you are currently in the market let me know. I have a Personal Client Service (PCS) system that will email you daily with new listings. The buyers I have on this love it. It will get you started to see what is currently available.

I would love to work with you so please let me know if you would be interested in my services and PCS system.

Hope to hear from you,

Maria

Brendan, There are many "condo/townhomes" in the State College area, different price points, and different amenities included. "Condo fees" range from $75 to $300 according to the amenities included. Being super familiar with all the condo properties and covenants and restrictions, I could definitely help you narrow your search. I will be happy to send you more info, just give me a call or email me!

Hi Brandan,

Yes, there are condominum for sale in State College as well as townhouses. The difference is the legal ownership arrangment. Many people interchange these types of properties. A condo normally refers to the fact that you do not own the land underneath the unit and you share in the common area and expense by paying a monthly fee, which varies in price and what is covered in the fee. Some even include water, sewer, trash and basic cable.
