In Statesville and Troutman there are several waterfront communities or communities that are very close the water. Just to name a few: Harbor Watch, Ridgeview, Spring Shores (older homes), Greyrock, Windemere, The Landings, Twin Creek Estates and Falls Cove. There are several others depending on your price range. I like to think of the Statesville area as "the quiet part of the lake". I also live in this area and am very familiar with these subdivisions.
