Are there any true live/work creative spaces left in Denver?

That an artist can afford?

I am looking for industrial/creative/living space in Denver for myself and a friend. We are artists, so would like to find something with a workshop area, living space and gallery space (could be in the living space). Anywhere near downtown or any of the arts districts.

Please let me know if you have anything that might fit our needs. We are very creative, so even if it's a stretch please send the info along. Our max budget is 1700/mo.
Thanks,
Jeanne

Hi Jeanne,
I'd look in Berkeley if I were you. Lots of creative types over there and some really affordable stuff. Take a look here for more info on Berkeley: http://www.realasave.com/neighborhoods/denver-real-estate-be…

Also, here's the inventory currently available in Berkeley: http://www.realasave.com/Search_execute.action?lng=-105.0392…

Good luck,

There are few good ones out there. I lived in one for several years and know the loft scene pretty well.
You should define what you will be doing as far as your work goes. Different spaces allow for different uses depending on what you do. In other words, What is your medium and your method for moving product?

It's a great time to buy and with $1,700/ month you could get a pretty sweet set up.
