In the past 180 days only one had sold, settling on Sept 17 for $709,500 with a seller subsidy of $983. There are currently 4 actively for sale, average list $622,000. There is also one for rent at $2000 per month. These homes include a deeded boat slip with about 6 feet of water depth. Many buyers start looking on the Internet long before they make their move, so I figure you may still be looking. Stop in at my website!
