Yes. The USDA Rural Development program is available to you with 0 down and no PMI. You may also be able to roll your closing costs into the loan. Sit down with a mortgage broker (Like myself) and discuss your options.

There are always first time home buyers programs. Contact a mortgag person and get pre qualified.
check out one that does FHA loans. You will also receive a Tax credit.
