Hello! Yes, there are plenty of neighborhoods of single family homes that are not associated with an HOA. All we need to do is get specific about your needs and I can send you a link showing homes that meet your criteria.
I would be happy to begin that process for you! Please contact me.

Myrtle Beach offers just about any type of housing opportunity you can think of. Yes we have plenty of neighborhoods just like any town with streets lined with single family homes. We also have a very large number of subdivisions/planned communities (with HOA) that come with amenities such as pools, tennis courts, common areas, security, etc.

I would be delighted to help a Patriot fan find a home at the beach and a suggest a few really neat places to be on an autumn Sunday afternoon.

Depending upon your price range and preferred proximity to the beach, there are many home listings to consider in the greater Myrtle Beach area that don't have an HOA fee. If you'll complete the property questionnaire on my website, so I know what you seeking in your next home, I'll follow-up with specific listings that meet your search criteria. Thanks so much. I look forward to assisting you!
