FIRST ANSWER
A good place to find a "rent-to-own" or lease option to purchase is usually in the local paper. Most of those situations are homeowners looking for renters/buyers on their own. Look in the Home for Sale or For Lease section of the Carteret News Times.
Is there a reason you don't want to buy now? There are so many good deals and incentives for buying these days...Also keep in mind- 91% of rent-to-own deals never work out!
