Hi, great question! Currently (May 29) there are about 21 rent w/option to buy or installment purchase properties on the market in Lancaster County. If you are not currently working with a Realtor please give me a call anytime @ (717) 286-9662. I would be happy to help in any way possible.

Your help with my husband and I would be greatly appreciated. We are looking for a lease purchase property not far from. Our church in Lititz at Grace Brethren. We presently pay 1350 at Newport Commons don't want o go above 1400. We have some credit issues to take a year to work through and Im sure we will reach that goal but we need to get settled in one place now . We need someone to come along side of us and help to make this happen. If you can be of any assistance please let me know by response here or email @ MJA. advocate

There are but not easy to get. You need to sit down and have a full discussion of how this temporary relief for housing will turn into a permanent solution for your housing needs. Feel free to email me directly and I will help you through the process. timjohns@cbsp.com or call 717 735 1320.

I would check out CR Property Group. They are easy to work with and they actually do owner finance pretty regularly. We were going to go with them until a traditional lender came through for us last minute.

Since rent to own properties may not be listed as such, consider working with an agent of your own. Keep in mind that rent to own can be risky and one could stand to lose a bit of money, therefore do inform yourself well, and consider consulting with an attorney who specializes in real estate beforehand. If you haven't done so yet, visit with any licensed loan officer, see if you can buy outright...
