Are there any programs out there to help a first time home buyer with a down payment?
I would like to purchase a home soon, and i am going to need some assistance with the down payment. Are there any programs available?

Contact your local USDA office...they are offering 100% the last time I checked.To determine property and income eligibility access http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov
