I am sure that you will receive other responses but a good place to look also for owner financed homes are the real estate investor Web sites. A very good place to find RE Investor's is http://www.meetup.com. If you search the DFW area for real estate investment you will find a large number of local clubs and meetings. Many of those meetup.com sites have a message board where you can post your request for owner financed homes you are looking for.

If you visit my Web site (see URL below) and go to the "Links", "Investor Links" page I have also listed a group of popular bulletin boards where investors, and others, can post homes for sale and also ask about homes for sale. I would expect that most of the owner financed homes out there are investors properties.

While you are cruising meetup.com and the BB's listed on my site you will also come across a large number of bigger businesses that buy and sell homes. Many of these are offered with financing.
