Are there any other homebuying assistance programs in MI besides MSHDA? Any special rates for recent grads?
The graduate assistance program from MSHDA looks so appealing in the interest rate, but of course it only applies to "Cities of Promise" and I am looking in Milan, MI. Are there any other programs out there targeting recent graduates in the low/moderate income bracket in Southeast Michigan?
