I just saw 2 great ones, one in Sherman Oaks and one in Studio City... they do not have their certificates of occupancy yet but are really nice. If you'd like more info give me a call or shhot me an e-mail and I can send you the MLS sheet.

Hi, Clint. There are quite a few new buildings that are great in the areas you are looking in. Blayne pointed out that many of them do not have EQ insurance, another thing most of them don't have is a swimming pool and spa and side by side parking - most have tandem parking.

I have a great condo listed in an upscale building (1980s). The building has gone through recent updating, no deferred maintenance and my listing has just been remodeled and is E X Q U I S I T E !!

There are some great buildings that have just been finished in the Studio City, Toluca Lake area. I need to know your price range to let you know what buildings would be best to look at. Also, you have to be careful, alot of the new buildings do not come with earthquake insurance. If you would like better information in your price range please contact me at 818-432-1542
