Are there any more BMR homes for sale in Pacifica, CA?
About a year ago my ex-coworker bought a brand new below market new home for $350k in Pacifica, CA. Unfortunately I was not ready to purchase a home at that time so didn't ask too much about it. I misplaced his phone number so can't contact him with any questions now. Does anyone here know if there are such homes for sale in the Pacifica area now? Thanks in advance for your responses.

There are a total of 4 homes under $400 (higher amount to take into account possibilities of negotiating) located in the Westview Area of Pacifica. We sold one in the height of the market for $630K and all the home had was a new roof, double paned windows, laminate floors and great landscaping. With a little TLC these Cape Cod homes can be great to live in, or even make as an investment.
