I just helped an Army officer get into a house in The Woodlands. Would love to help you, too. I used to live in the 77373 zip code. Know the area well. Keep in mind that you don't pay the agent when you're the buyer. The seller always pays both agents, so if you're looking for a "military discount" it won't be beneficial to you unless you're selling. Hope this helps.
