Tip: Look both under properties for sale and properties for rent. Sometimes (as in the example above) it was listed as a rental, but--reading the description--it's also available for purchase.

Tip: Some will be listed on the MLS. However, many won't. So you have to look in other places, such as Craigslist. Or call up some of the properties listed for rent, and ask if they're interested in doing a lease-purchase. Similarly, call up some of the properties listed for sale, and ask the same question.
