I am getting ready to sell a home in Little Elm (close to Lewisville) that is lakefront w/ master and study/small bedroom downstairs and two large bedrooms (separated by game room) upstairs (each has it's own full bathroom). In addition, we have a one-bedroom suite that is separate from the house above our garage (suite is 90% complete). Please let me know if you are interested.

4 bedrooms up. It has all been redone and it is beautiful. Built in 93. Air conditioners replaced. All sinks toilets, Ralph Lauren Paint throughout. New carpet new kitchen stainless steel. You would love it.
2 bedrooms on one side of the upstairs divided by game room.

I have a house in Lewisville, it over 2700 square ft with a converted garage or 2191 if we turned in back into a garage. The Garage door is still up . I am currently redoing the master bath, completely so the house is not ready for showing . It 3 bedroom , 2 up Master down, large fenced yard, new kitchen, new screen porch. Acid stained floor in living, dining and master bedroom. Slate in kitchen, remodeled powder room. Beautifully landscaped. Plenty of attic space. Many rooms freshly painted.

The homes in the $250K and up you could most likely locate a home, mother in law suite more in luxury homes, you may want to consider new builds HOWEVER don't approach a builder unless you have a real estate agent representing you, we answer soooooo many problems between a buyer & builder wehn things did not go the way the buyer wanted OR the buyer did not understand the contract.

30 mile radius you will be looking at the cities, Lewisville, Coppell, Colleyville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Irving, Carrollton, The Colony, Highland Village, Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas, Farmers Branch, Lantana, Southlake, Trophy Club

Lifestyle ? Schools? Personal? Professional? need to know more about?

Brenda, 30 miles is a BIG radius. Yes there are hundreds of homes that fit that description. What price range, square footage? particular age? need to narrow it down and may be you don't even have to go out 30 miles.
