Are there any empty lots for sale in Palma Ceia (Tampa) and how much are they?

I was wondering if there were any lots for sale in Palma Ceia (Tampa), and the going price for them. We would like to build a custom home in Palma Ceia, so we'd either need an empty lot or an old house (foreclosure?) that we can tear down. I need to know the prices.

I'm sorry, I did not mean to offend you or criticize your knowledge of the South Tampa area. Just because I live in and work in the Brandon area does not mean that I don't know the market in Palma Ceia. Having lived in this area my entire life and having many friends and family members in Palma Ceia, I do know the market there. If you will look back, you will note that I said the property you spoke of sounds like a good deal for the area, though is not located in Palma Ceia.

Best of luck in your purchase of the lot!

are you asserting that I do NOT know what properties are worthed?
Are you part of my same association and category?
Beware before criticizing other "Realtor" knowledge, especially if you come from Brandon, and do not live in the "PALMA CEIA" area..........
laugh out loud as much you want now!

P.S: there're 2 lots........ 1 I'm buying myself and it's PENDING

Ohps.... LOL, LOL I forgot it's 33629 the zip code!??@@!

Andrea, There are a number of vacant lots for sale in the core area of Palma Ceia under 1/2 acre and more on the fringe of that area There are 10 homes that I would suggest in the knock down catagory. Contact me directly if you wish to discuss your criteria.

The property Antonio is speaking of sounds like it may be a good deal, however, Westshore/Bayshore is not really in the Palma Ceia area. Though it may be "worthed" (lol) $150k if you really have your heart set on Palma Ceia we can let you know what properties are REALLY "worthed" (lol) in today's market.

Andrea -

There are some older homes for sale in the Palma Ceia area, one in particular on a 50 x 100 lot with 2 small homes on it that is currently listed for $199,900...of course there are more and the prices go up from there. In our preliminary search there are only 2 lots for sale in the Palma Ceia area, they are both around the 50 x 100 size and are listed for $180,000 and $199,900.

We hope this helps to answer some of your questions regarding availability in the Palma Ceia area, however, feel free to visit our website and click on the "Search for Homes" link to conduct your own search. If we can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us!
