You can look on the NJ Housing and Finance website to find out all about the state's housing program. They offer a 100% financing but there is income eligibility requirements. You can also look into the USDA programs. They have certain eligible areas and income limits as well but you may qualify

You can check with USAA or VA if you or a family member are in the military. If not then check into the department of agriculture, and also check with your local hud office. For assistance with this, find a good local realtor or mortgage broker.
