Are there any down payment assistance programs in the state of virginia?
Are there any programs out there in Virginia that can help persons with disabilities secure downpayment for an FHA loan? Or are there any grant assistance programs that can help, my wife and I are coming down to the final stages of purchasing our home and we are struggling desperately to find some downpayment assistance funds.

FIRST ANSWER
If you qualify, you can buy a home with no money up front. USDA offers an assistance program for first time homebuyers etc.
