Michael, I heard there are complexes 55+ that allow a % to be under the 55+ age. That's what my question is. I would like to buy now, but I'm only 51 and I don't want a family community. Do you know of any condos in Jensen Bch or Stuart that allow this?

Active adult communities are generally designated 55+, but isn't age really just a state of mind? i think if you find the activities you want to pursue, you will find like minds as well!
