Are there any 4bdrm/2.5 baths on a basement floorplan in Smyrna?
In looking around this site, I'm not seeing any homes (since I know this would be a selling point if one existed) in the Smyrna area advertised w/ a basement. We deem a basement as a necessity in our home search. Price range would be a ceiling of 350K.

There are at least 31 homes in the listing services available to Realtors that meet that criteria.
