Yes there are a few 55+ Condo developments in South Bay.

The South Bay has a number of new developments devoted to 55+ housing. Currently they are all located in Torrance with the exception of a fabulous ocean view Mobile home park in San Pedro that is a 55+ park. The newest developments in Torrance are:
1) Village Court, which features a mix of 1,2 and three bedroom units in a resort setting. Prices are from about $400,000-$700,000
2) Courtyard Villa Estates, features 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom + a den floor plans priced from $522, 000- $898,00 for a top floor unit.
3) Blue Rose Court has units that are patio home style with private garages. Prices start at $599,000.
4) The Meridian on Cabrillo has 1 and 2 bedroom units that begin at a modest $299,000.
5)The last of the new developments is the Gables on Torrance Blvd. These are studio and one bedroom units with prices that start in the mid $200,000's.
