Are there any acrages 10 that are owner financed in my area?
Need a place to put my cedar cabins on. I need land for my horses. Unimproved is OK. Need either owner carry back or owner financing, due to belief that cash is better than buying on interest.

Very rarely do we see owner financing in our area. Have you checked with any of the local lenders? There are some lenders in our area who specialize in small land sales.
