USDA loan Approved homes must in in Rural or Farm land, out of the city, that's why they do not pay city taxes and can be 100 % financed. In area 78245 FHA loans will be ok. You need at least 3.5 % down. If you have any more questions please contact me 210 488 2520. Thanks. Jose Navarro

There are several foreclosures and short sales in this budget. The difficult part is that they sell fast fast fast and you are usually competing with cash buyers. So we need a very proactive strategy to get you the best property.

This is one of the hottest zip codes in SA so pease call me to get started.

Yes.. they would be older homes some just inside the 1604 such as the Big Country subdivision. It is best to talk to a lender first and see what you may do on a short term basis to increase your credit score and that would increase your price point to option your options even further.

I can connect you to a lender you can trust if you care to.

Any more questions ? ? ?

I hope this works for you & good luck with your house hunting.

All the best,
