Since there are many homes on the market for sale, some of these homes are also listed for rent. Although not many are advertised with a rent/buy option, this is still something that you should explore. If you're working with a local agent, I would suggest that you have your agent explore this option for you. There maybe some sellers in your area, that would consider this option. Best of luck !
