There are currently none for sale in the Colfax area, one recently sold this Feb downtown on Oak Street for 325,000.

Emmy, If you are interested in purchasing a mobile home park or RV park, they can be a bit difficult to come across, but usually are "cash cows" when you do.

where are you looking for one? And are what number of spaces are you hoping for? Also there are some that are RV and mobile home mixes, not as much profit, but more recreational for the owners. Some on rivers,etc.
