Hello Cari, Yes, you may qualify FHA CHF Access half percent down payment program with a minimum 580 fico score which can also contribute towards your closing costs as well. If you have a fico between 500-579, you will need 10% down FHA. I specialize in Under 640 Fico Score Loans and offer credit repair at no cost to raise fico scores to qualifly. Here is a link with flyer, maximum income limits and a needs list to gather for processing a loan approval.

FHA rates are extremely low, depending on your loan amount, you could get a rate in the low 4% range with no points and no origination fees.

FHA loans are available in California. Find yourself a reputable lender and get pre-qualified. Good luck.

Hello Cari,
My office is in the city of Santa Fe Springs and new FHA loan programs are being introduced back into the system every week. Are you working with a Realtor yet? If not, please email me so that I can go over some of the new programs.

FHA Loans are alive and well in California. And, contrary to popular belief, they are NOT just for first time homebuyers. FHA is available to all home buyers who will be occupying their new home as a primary residence. If you need a referral to a great direct lender who does FHA loans in record time, contact me directly.

They sure are. If you are a first time buyer with great credit and a good income, you may be able to buy a home with as little as 3.5% down.
