FIRST ANSWER
Always! They vary greatly in price and condition. There's one right now listed just under $200,000 on the Guadalupe. If you are looking at the other end of the price range spectrum, there's one for $4,000,000 that's waterfront with 84 acres. There's also about 30 other homes available in between those 2.
