Yes, Certain areas of North Port have city sewer. The gated communities and some of the developments like The Woodlands have city sewer.

Ohio Buyer,

Roxanne is correct all of the new developments have sewer. They are also generaly less expensive to insure if they are in a gated comunity and built more recently. If you would like any quotes on properties please give me a call or email withthe property info.

Good Luck

Yes, you will find public sewers in the oldest section of town near US 41 and in the subdivisions like Heron Creek, Bobcat Trail, Cypress Falls, Cedar Grove, Sabal Trace, Charleston Park, Talon Bay and more. Most of the newer homes outside of developer's subdivisions and built in the last ten years or so are on well and septic. If you want to be on a search only for homes with public sewer, we can arrange that.
