Are the 'pay for a trial week' foreclosure web-sites legitimate?

Or would my agent have a listing of up-to-date foreclosures? I'd rather preview the listing before wasting my-and his-time.

I wouldn't pay squat for any of the foreclosure sites - most of sites like Realty Trac's data is garbage. inaccurate and out dated. Your agetn can easilyu set up searches to be emailed to you - if they say they can't get a new agent.
