I recently had a look at one of the units at River Preserve. I don't know if it's Chinese drywall, but I can tell you that my lungs got very irritated from the moment I entered the unit and after leaving the premises I had a lingering cough for at least a couple of hours. Other than that, for such a small community I saw an awful lot of 'For Sale' and 'For Rent' signs - major red flags as far as I'm concerned...
