My guess is probably not. The ultimate say is by the owner of the park, of course. It was set a standard that might not be able to be upheld for all the residents. Sheds are really useful, but maybe not for your current situation.

I think that in your area, the storage shed has to be attached to the building. So a free-standing building would probably not work. If you need additional storage, you should consider renting out a storage space from a local company.

In the future, how can you find out this information on your own so I don't have to ask people on here every time?

I've been wondering the same thing about my Des Moines storage. I'm pretty sure they're not thought because it's public property.

It's a park and it's supposed to be open for everybody. Setting up a storage shed, unless authorized by the city. It also posses certain problems that comes along with them, especially while they're opened to the public. Why not just get storage in Scarborough instead? A storage shed is far more useful than a shed anyway ;)

It is required that every home in Barefoot Bay has an attached storage shed...usually connected to the house by a carport. They vary in size and some homes have the washer/dryer in it.

A detached shed is not allowed.

If you would like to see some homes in the Bay, give me a call. I love to welcome new neighbors!

Warm regards,
