Surprisingly, there are not as many 4,000sq ft new construction as one would think for the city of Madison. Although there is the option of building as well to current there are less than 10 new construction homes that fit the bill. The majority that fit your requirements are in the Blackhawk subdivision. The price you can expect to pay is in the range of $700,000-$900,000.

Chris-

Contrary to what the national news would lead you to believe the home construction business is still alive and well. While the builders may not be as busy as they once were there are still plenty of good builders that are still in business and doing fine. I would recommend a great contact that I have in the Madison market area. His name is Chris Ubert and is phone number is 608-837-4545. He can also be reached at cubert@cbsuccessrealty.com He will be able to answer any questions on new home construction in that area or any geographic real estate questions in general.

Good luck with your new home construction!!
