Would MLS 1099354 be considered equestrian or a five acre estate?
This property is perfect for horses and has had horses in the past. The barn and property is amazing! For more information on it visit. http://4443nchapelrd.epropertysites.com/

According to the Realtor it IS an equestrian property. I am not so sure that it is currently being used for that purpose though. The home has been on the market for 2 months and has dropped $44,000 in price!! The current owners have been there since 1995.

Steven,
To clarify your concern about the stables, there was actually two 12' X 12' rubber matted stalls in the barn plus a 12' X 24' equipment/tack room. This particular barn also has a city water supply for automatic water basins and directly outside the stall doors is a fenced in tacking lot. My guess is that is an equestrian property, but possibly not.
Welcome to Cool Springs!
It would be hard to call this equestrian without the proper stable for horses ....although it looks to be set up for horses (5 fenced in acres!!). I see a barn but just no stable. At this point I would call it a 5 acre estate.
I can find out additional information on the property if you would like.
