Are horse people (or folks that just want privacy) still moving to Williamson County? MLS 1099354 seemed almost to good to be true at $625K. Across North Chapel Road from George Jones estate, and two $1.4M homes on the market within walking distance.

They are not in HIGH demand but people are still requesting them. I have a client from California who needs some land for their horses. I also have a client in Fairview that has an 8 acre equestrian estate that isn't and won't be on the MLS.... but it is for sale. Some people are just boarding their horses as opposed to buying property right now.
