Are builders in Windemere/Gale Ranch still providing incentives on new homes ?
What are the chances of getting a new home at Paloma/Escalante or Centex communities for under 800k ? Would waiting for the Spring selling season to end be better from getting good deals point of view ?

Hello Homebuyer08,
I believe it's possible that you might find a home in one of these communities in the price target area. Spring selling season is not pertinent to this question. The level of inventory is. What you will find is that the best incentives are on homes that are about to be "inventory" homes...homes nearing completion with no buyer. There are benefits to working with a Realtor when purchasing new construction. It costs you nothing, and you gain representation. If you're interested, please contact me.
