I work with Brad Hester owner broker of Hester Real Estate Inc. We would be your best choice for the Tahoe City area. We are located at 600 North Lake blvd #101 in Tahoe City right next to the Christy Hill restaurant. Can be contacted at 530 214-6085
I would be happy to pull up the information and show it to you. I have access to the agent rankings for the entire area.
There were a total of 24 lots sold for the following areas: Kings Beach (4), Tahoe Vista (3), Carnelian Bay (2), Tahoe City (2), Homewood (4), Tahoma (3), Meeks Bay (1), Rubicon Bay (1), Alpine Meadows (0), and Olympic Valley (3) areas (TSMLS Areas 1-6) for 2012.
Of those 24 lot sales they ranged in price from $7,500 to $1,850,000. The average days on market was 173 DOM, but ranged from 2 Days to 1,647 Days. Cash buyers were 82% of all sales, with 8% as owner financing, and 8% as conventional financing buyers.
Correct pricing is the key to a successful sale based upon the features your property has to offer. If your property is priced at fair market value, combined with the efforts of a dedicated Tahoe agent that is committed to giving your lot the marketing exposure it needs, you will get it sold.

Let me ask a question. If there was an agent in my office that was answering the phone one day and an owner came in and said, "I have a million dollar house I want to list with you". A week later another agent in a different office and company shows it to a buyer that buys it. Do you think that listing agent was the greatest thing since sliced bread or just lucky? What about the agent that actually had the buyer? You only see the listing sign and the sold sign on it, but the other agent sold it not the listing agent. Which is the top agent?
