Hi Angie,
The Woodlands is a Master Planned Community with several Residential Villages. Some of the Villages show up in Spring, Tomball, Magnolia and Conroe, but it is one Township. Each village setting includes access to wonderful parks, playgrounds, schools, religious congregations and shopping. Trails and pathways connect many of the amenities found in the villages nestled among beautiful homes and towering trees. To experience village life in The Woodlands, take a drive through the residential neighborhoods and you’ll see families cycling along the bike trails or walking their dogs, shopping at the local village center, picnicking and kite flying at the neighborhood park. It’s about convenience, and so much more. If you are shopping for a new home in The Woodlands, you will have a choice of neighborhoods that range from golf course, to lakeside, to the urban setting of Town Center, to an exclusive gated community. Home styles range from edgy lofts and brownstones to five and six-bedroom family homes and estates. Do you have a Realtor? If not, I am a Realtor and you can contact me at julie@julielehrer.com or 832-326-8756. Also, you are welcome to visit my website at http://www.julielehrer.com

The Woodland is a Township , operated by a Board of Directors and a Chairman. Very simialr to a City form of Gov. which typically has a Council and Mayor. Both forms of Gov. are elected by the residents of the community. The Woodlands is the only Township in Texas and recognized by the Texas Legislature. Spring is the post office addres for the area. Althought the Post Master General recognizes and allows mail to be addresed as: THE WOODLANDS and/or SPRING. This partcular Post Master General's district includes parts of both Montgomery and Harris Counties. Part of The Woodlands master plan development in in Harris County but vast majority in Montgomery County. Let me know if you need additional info. Thx

Hello Angie, The Woodlands & Spring are neighboring areas. Spring is a city and The Woodlands is a master planned community and a Township. We share some zip codes and for US postal services purposes if you live in The Woodlands the official city is Spring.
Both areas have a wide range of home prices and demographics. The Woodlands is the #1 selling master planned community in Texas and currently #3 in the US
I am a realtor with RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring. If you have any additional questions please feel free to call 713-628-6061, email me natalia@ivanarjona.com or checkout our website http://www.woodlandsrealestateonline.com

The Woodlands is a master planned community. The Woodlands does not have it's own zip code so some homes in The Woodlands show up as Spring, some show up as Conroe and some show up as Tomball. Do you have a REALTOR in The Woodlands area. If so, they will be able to verify that you are looking at the correct homes. If you need a local REALTOR you can reach me at 281-216-5012 or jamie@jamiequinn.com
