Are Muddy Brook Circle homes in a noisy and/or high traffic area due to the regional schools nearby?

I recently sold a beautiful home in Muddy Brook Circle. The buyers are a second home couple and are thrilled with it. There is noise from route 7 but this sophisticated couple felt that the beauty of the neighborhood, the convenient location and beautiful home far outweighed the noise. Tom is right, it is only local traffic due to the nature of the cup-de-sac.

I know the area well, as our office is located in Great Barrington. Muddy Brook Circle generally only has local home owner traffic since it is a cul-de-sac. You can view the location on googlemaps. Noise is subjective... and the best thing to do is see the property you are interested in, and get a sense if it works for you.

I'd be happy to help you.
