Can you tell us what your thought process is. You've asked 19 questions on this forum since last September and all of them are questions that a good agent should ahve been able to discuss with you. With this last series of questions it seems that you are still very ill informed on the process and the paperwork.

I'm really curious why you haven't been able to select a good agent and why this forum hasn't prepared you to act more knowledgeably than this last situation?

I am not a Realtor on you Area and hopefully some one will explain what is happening. I found information that is was sold recently. An then, your link shows a sales price $316,800.
