Source of information is from the files in the City Hall. The property was located close to the top of the street. Looks like the owner sold the property after fixing the damage.

I have lived at the corner of Paloma and Broadway for 23 years, only a block from the foot of Vine St. I have never heard of any landslide there. If there had been any landslide, it must not have been serious or everyone would know about it. Where did you get that info?
