I know of a great NEW mobile home that is for sale if you are interested. It is very nice and will sell for $48,000.

I will be moving out of his Mobile home some time in the near future, possible a couple of months at the min. Expected to be priced around 25K, 14 x 76 with 12 x 18 addon. Home is on rental property.. Home has undergone a lot of improvements, new AC, Gas Heater, Wood burning pellet stove, home has been newly insulationed and siding. About half the windows have been replaced with double side gas filled windows that made a great impact on insulation factor.
