According to my research, there aren't any homes currently on the market for sale in Manalapan Preserve.. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that any of the homes there aren't in pre-foreclosure status.

This Central Manalapan community is relatively small, consists of only 3 streets and is comprised of 38 single family homes.

The most recent home that sold in the development was a beautiful 6-bdrm + 6.5 bath + 2-car garage home for $1,200,000 in June 2008.
