Anyone heard of Capital Design Group Inc, who built some houses in fulton subdivision watercrest . what is?

the reputation of these builders, are they good above average in atlanta builder list ?

www.cdginc.com is the builder. They have a new development in John's Creek (Beckton Hall). Wanted to see if:
- Anyone has dealt with them in the past
- How is their track record as a builder (i.e. quality of work, customer satisfaction level etc)

Shakti,

There is little to no barrier to entry into the builder field. I would highly recommend an inspection on all homes, especially new construction. Track record is great, but if they are a good builder then it won't matter. Likewise, some of the best builders have off days.

FIRST ANSWER
I checked FMLS (the listing service) who has a list of certified builders and they are not listed. This does not mean they are not good nor does it mean you cannot have a problem with someone on the list however it does lead to some creadibility. Best thing is to get some references or even knock on some doors in the neighborhood. Trust me, if someone is not happy with their builder, they will be more than happy to tell you!
