Hi Newyor005, there are alot of agents that work occasionally and many great agents that actually work 24/7. I reply to all emails and messages within a few hours. Find the one that will respond to you-where in Queens are you looking. Terry K 718-614-3167 cell or email therese.korahais@elliman.com

Make sure that you are looking at listings that are current. Some online websites post properties that have been sold already. Nevertheless, there is no reason to not get a return phone call.

I noticed that you are looking for something in Woodhaven. Any interest in a 4BR attached home? What is your price range?

Unfortunately, I hear this is typical. The National Association of Realtors have done studies of response time for agents and if I recall, the typical agent take 4 days to return a call. This is unfortunate and very frustrating for you.
Keep trying and I'm sure you will find an agent who truly takes pride in helping people. Our profession is no different than other professions. So you have to keep trying until you get the agent that not only responds, but can help you find and guide you...Good luck! My e-mail is :jeubank@laffey.com...I would be happy to help you Thank you Janice

I guess I should call. I've actually been emailing and asking to come up on a specific day. I also emailed you, Rossmerry, through your website email form and never heard back.

I am not sure how you are going about finding agents to contact, but you can try getting the names of a few agencies in the area you are interested in. Call, and ask to speak to the manager of the office. He or she can help put you in touch with the appropriate agent in their office.

(If you change your mind, and decide to move to NJ, I promise I will call or email you back!!!!!!)

Good luck in your search.............

Are you leaving clear messages on your needs and if calling are you speaking slowly when leaving your number--oftentimes, I get messages and the phone numbers are said way too fast to even understand. Have you visited a loan officer and do you know what your budget can handle, if not now is the time. If you need assistance please call or e-mail--Finally decide what area you want--a Queens agent doesn't want to hear Peekskill and vice versa, no one wants to invest time if you aren't certain on your next town of ownership.

My guess would be that you are just blind calling listing agents. They are missing potential opportunities by not returning your call. But, many agents are slammed right now. Many listing agents deal only with REOs, and are not interested in dealing with buyers at all.

Considering hiring a buyers agent with whom you have an exclusive relationship - you'll probably have much better luck.

Are you ready to purchase? Lots of buyers out there now, but only the totally prepared ones are going to have the attention of the Realtors and the sellers.

Do you have a full pre-approval? That's really your first step to purchase.

I will be happy to guide you and then connect you to really top notch representation in both locations.

Feel free to call me at 631-425-6150 and I will get you on your way to homeownership with Realtor representation.
